Titirangi Taekwondo Club welcomes new members of all ages and abilities.

Titirangi Taekwondo Club is a friendly family orientated club with a number of parents and their families training together. The Adult class has a wide range of ages and abilities from early teens to senior members in there 50's.

Taekwondo is excellent for fitness, flexibility, comradeship, discipline and self defence.

If you have been wanting to learn a martial art or improve your fitness and flexibility come up and have a go.

Getting started:
You are welcome to come and observe a training session or jump straight in and give it ago.

Simply come up wearing track suit pants or shorts  and a T shirt ask to see Mark Hall and let him know that you or your children are interested in trying Taekwondo.
Beginners simply join in at the back of the class and copy the other members through the warmup and fitness session.
The beginners are then separated and are taught basic blocks, kicks and strikes with other members of similar ability.

FEES:  FIRST 2 NIGHTS FREE.  

View what a typical training session consists of Note: beginners are not expected to train at the same intensity as senior members. Unfortunately there will be some muscle soreness and stiffness after your first few trainings until your fitness levels improve.
